The application is intended for licensed advocates, legal professionals, and authorized legal staff. By using the application, you confirm that you are legally permitted to engage in legal services.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring accuracy of case and diary data
  • Complying with professional conduct rules
  • Protecting client confidentiality
  • Maintaining secure access to their device

5. Data Ownership & Responsibility

All data entered into the application remains the property of the respective user. The developer does not verify legal accuracy of user-entered data and shall not be responsible for professional consequences.

6. Data Security

Reasonable safeguards are implemented to protect user data. However, no digital system is entirely secure. Users acknowledge inherent risks associated with internet-based services.

7. Subscription & Pro Features

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription billing and renewal are governed by applicable platform policies. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
